Each 2008 ESCN Conference is Designed to Help You . . .   Realize your value. The theme says it all. We want you to come away from this conference with a renewed sense of value—for yourself, your ministry, and the church you serve.   Increase your vision. You’ll hear about smaller churches that are doing great things with minimal staff and limited resources. You’ll learn how your church can do the same, and you’ll be challenged to cast a new vision for your ministry.   Broaden your base. You’ll hear seasoned practitioners from across the country share the principles that contributed to the health and growth of the churches they serve.   Build your arsenal. Workshop sessions led by local leaders and volunteers of smaller churches will provide the practical, step-by-step guidelines you need to launch and maintain effective ministries in your church.   Expand your network. You’ll have opportunities to meet and talk with smaller church leaders and volunteers from across your region. You’ll be encouraged to keep in touch with these co-workers in ministry following the conference.   Reach your potential.
